The founders of CPI spent years in manufacturing and procurement across the region. They saw the same problem repeatedly: buyers struggling to find reliable suppliers, and suppliers unable to reach quality buyers. Conversations happened via email chains. Trust was built slowly through personal relationships. Pricing was opaque. Disputes dragged on.
Meanwhile, just a few countries away in Western Europe, digital platforms had already transformed sourcing. Companies had access to verified networks, standardized proposals, transparent pricing, and payment protection built into the platform.
So in 2023, they built CPI for the region. Not a copy of existing platforms, but something built specifically for Southeast European manufacturers and the buyers who wanted to source from them. Locally relevant. Regionally focused. Globally ambitious.
Today, CPI connects 340+ verified manufacturers with hundreds of buyers across 4 countries-and growing.
We're expanding rapidly. CO₂ tracking launches this quarter. We're opening offices in Belgrade and Zagreb. We're building APIs for enterprise integration. Most importantly, we're doubling down on the user-making CPI simpler, faster, more trusted.
